My name is Devin Morgan. I have been teaching Strength and Conditioning in a professional environment for over 3 years and have been competing in the functional fitness world for over 5 years. My teaching experience has ranged from one-on-one, personal training to teaching group classes of up to 20 people. My background in Strength and Conditioning gives me the experience to help people improve their General Physical Preparedness, which includes Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. Through improving these ten general areas of fitness, you will achieve the classic goals of fitness (such as weight loss, improving lean muscle mass, feeling better), and also better prepare yourself for whatever life has to throw at you.

From a very young age, sports and performance have been a focal point of my day to day life. Growing up in a healthy, active family, I was taught the importance of activity and healthy eating from the get-go. Throughout grade school and the earlier years of high school I participated in several organized sports. It wasn’t until the later years of high school that I discovered the importance of weights, and soon after Strength and Conditioning.
